The VENT OUT™ was born from necessity while building my homes. Many builders and contractors try to avoid venting through the roof because of the costly damage rain and snow coming through the penetrations for venting bath fans can cause. This problem affects more regions than before with ever-changing weather extremes.

In the venting applications from the exterior wall, there was the issue of climbing ladders to install vent caps from outside and not having the vent cap flush with the exterior finishes. We identified the need to make vent installation safer and the vent cap flush with every exterior finish every time without difficulties.

There must be a better way, I thought. I decided to figure out a solution. Using my engineering background, I began designing what would become the VENT OUT™. I enlisted my son to help build our first prototype and we began testing the product at various job sites. Now, after many innovative tweaks, we have the VENT OUT™. Our patented new product will save any builder or contractor time and money - and most importantly protect their work and investment.
